At voguelady.in, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:
Return Period: Items must be returned within 2 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items: Some items cannot be returned, such as:
Clearance or final sale items
Customized or personalized items

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
>Go to My Account on voguelady.in and log in to your account.
>Click on Orders to view your recent purchases.
>Select the product you wish to return and choose Request Return.
>After submitting the return request, you’ll receive an email confirming your request.
There are two ways to return the product to us: Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pick up service if the fault is from our end. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.
Self-Ship: If we don’t offer a pick up at your location, you shall have to ship the product at your end. provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.
Note: Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well. Vogue Lady shall reserve the right to restrict return or exchange of the items purchased on Vogue Lady, if customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in Vogue Lady’s sole discretion. Vogue Lady will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Vogue Lady would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.

At voguelady.in, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. While we do not offer exchanges for all orders, we will make exceptions if the product you received is broken/defective/miss matched then we will exchange with the valid once with free of cost within 7-15 working days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
We take quality seriously and thoroughly inspect all items before shipping. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Proof of Damage: Please send photos of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number, to “support@voguelady.in”.
Resolution: We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund if the item is unavailable.

6.Cancellations
We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed.However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel.The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information.
You can also cancel an order until it has not been packed or within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the item has already been shipped.
